Advanced theatrical expression workshop

Objective: Develop individual and collective creativity and enhance acting skills

We’re really sorry, but our workshops are only available in French. Please feel free to join us anyway if you’d like to find out more about acting!

About the workshop

Description

If you already have some experience on stage, this advanced theatrical expression workshop is for you!
Through this workshop, you’ll be able to develop your individual and collective creativity, all while enriching your acting skills. You’ll learn to translate and communicate your emotions on stage, and to explore the body in movement and the relationship between partners. You’ll also work on improvisation and text analysis.

You’ll be encouraged to make suggestions and reflect on the stakes of the theater world and theatrical language, such as space, time, clarity of intentions and actions, character creation, dramaturgy, and relationships between characters. Meetings begin with warmups and/or an exercise, and over the course of the year, the group will choose a dramatic work, eventually resulting in a public performance.

Wanna grow and be guided in your theatrical practice as an actor? Come join this workshop!
