About the workshop

Description

If you wanna discover the fundamentals of acting, come join this beginner theatrical expression workshop. You’ll learn about emotional expression and expressiveness, stage positioning, and dynamics with partners and audiences. You’ll also have the chance to learn about vocal control (diction, breathing, and voice projection) and body control (gestures and movements), as well as theatrical improvisation in service of a character!

Intended audience and dates

This workshop is intended for beginners.

It takes place at ARTUS’s offices every Wednesday night from October to May, not including university breaks.

No. While we have always been open to non-students, ARTUS is still a university theater, and thus we only welcome those old enough to take part.
